A profoundly unnatural insect covered in vaguely metallic plates. Its stinger crackles with electricity, capable of delivering a powerful shock to unwary victims, and is capable of closing the distance with them at shockingly lethal speed.

Spark wasps are fast, flying insects with an especially nasty electrical sting and the ability to launch themselves as lightning bolts at range. Spark wasps are the insect equivalent of raiju. They are thankfully rare, only occasionally appearing alone in the Spider's Nest or in swarms of 2 to 4 in the Depths.
