Silver stars are powerful holy beings which you will only encounter in Ziggurats or possibly Pandemonium. They have two devastating spells that no other creature possesses; both are range-6 beams of holy energy.

Tips & Tricks
- They're particularly resistant to electricity and poison, less so to fire and cold.
- Silver stars are basically slower, weaker, holy versions of the dreaded orb of fire, and you can treat them in much the same way (i.e. kill them and do it fast).
- One advantage you have in fighting silver stars is not having to worry about getting polymorphed. The downside is that gaining resistance to their attacks is considerably more difficult than getting levels in rF.
- If you have high piety with one of the good gods, silver stars may turn neutral, allowing you to pass safely.
