Fly is an ability which tengu gain upon reaching experience level 5. It allows them to take off from the ground and fly for a period of time. It does require them to be on the ground, however: a levitating tengu cannot fly, and an already flying tengu cannot extend their flight time with this ability.
Tengu flight is controlled flight, and includes all the flight bonuses normally associated with tengu (see their page for details).
Spell Power: XP Level × 4
Duration: 25 + random2(power) + random2(power) turns of flight (max 100)
Cost: 3 MP, 100 food
Success Rate: 55 + (3 × XP Level)
Examples: 70% at level 5, 100% at level 15
