Commands

• Pressing s is the command to wait one turn.
• Pressing S is the command to save the game.
• Pressing Ctrl-s is the command to save the game without a confirmation query.

• s represents a spider-type monster.
• S represents a snake-type monster.

History

Prior to 0.12 s was the command to search for traps and hidden doors. 0.12 removed hidden doors and the amount of skill required to detect traps was changed to be a random number rolled when each trap is created. Prior to 0.12, a roll was made each time you pressed s.
