Weakening Gaze

Irresistably weakens a creature's melee attacks for a period of time, requiring line of sight but not line of fire.

Weakening Gaze is a monster-only spell which inflicts the Weak status effect on a target. Weak reduces the player's melee damage by -25%, and monsters' melee damage by -33%.
