| Empowers the magic of nearby wizard allies of the caster, allowing them to cast their magic more powerfully and more often, but at the price of fixing the caster in place until they no longer have any nearby allies they can empower. |
Aura of Brilliance affects nearby allies of the caster who have the Wizard flag on their spells. Affected creatures are more likely to cast spells, and their spells are cast as if they had 5 extra HD, resulting in more damage, higher chance of success, and so forth; however, the caster cannot move while Aura of Brilliance is active.
