Grey Elf

Grey elves were an elven species midway between high elves and deep elves. They excelled at using Short Blades, Long Blades, and bows, but were poor at other fighting skills and had little durability. Their magical aptitudes were generally excellent, particularly in Air Magic, but they had little talent for Necromancy and Earth Magic.

Preferred Classes

Grey elves preferred to become Healers, Crusaders, Reavers, Wizards, Conjurers, Enchanters, Summoners, Fire Elementalists, Ice Elementalists, Air Elementalists, Stalkers, Assassins and Hunters.

Level Bonuses

1 MP every 2 out of 3 levels
+1 Int or Dex every 4 levels
1 less HP than average every level until character level 14

Prior to 0.4 (the introduction of Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup), grey elves could use the glamour ability to cloud the minds of nearby humanoids.
