Cloud card

In 0.16, the Cloud card surrounds enemies with clouds ranging from mephitic to miasma.

The Cloud card was introduced in 0.15 as a repurposing alteration of the Flame card, which was eliminated. It surrounded enemies with clouds, either fire or cold.
