Arga[1] is a broad axe of speed: a top tier one-handed weapon with a top tier brand. And, because it's fast and accurate, it doesn't take much skill to use. Needless to say, Arga is an incredibly powerful weapon, easily able to define a run, and viable to swap to during the mid-game. The willpower boost is just a cherry on top.
