Hurls a colossal bolas at the target, wrapping around even the largest of foes and binding them in place.

Throw Bolas is a monster-only spell which does some minor physical damage and also inflicts the -Move status effect for 4-8 turns. Insubstantial and amorphous creatures are immune to the -Move but still take the damage.

The following enemies cast Throw Bolas:

p Ironbound beastmaster (2d12 damage)
O Oni incarcerator (2d16 damage)
