Smite-targeted is a term used for spells and abilities that can target any entity in line of sight; specifically, they are spells with the target or grid spell flags, like the titular Smiting spell. They are not interrupted by monsters in the way, or certain dungeon features like iron grates. Transparent walls act as they were solid and will block line of effect.

Inner Flame
Portal Projectile
Poisonous Vapours
Yara's Violent Unravelling
Apportation (targets an object rather than a creature)

These spells have similar targeting rules, but can target any grid square, not just those that contain a creature.

Burst of Damnation
Lee's Rapid Deconstruction (needs dungeon feature/stone monster)
