| A two-handed military pole weapon consisting of an axe blade mounted on a long shaft reinforced with metal rims to block other weapons like swords. Topped with a spike and a thorn on the back side of the axe blade, this weapon can be very dangerous in trained hands.

The halberd is a two-handed polearm which offers mediocre speed, damage, and accuracy. You are likely better off using a trident and shield, or upgrading to a bardiche if you can find one, but it can serve as an adequate reaching weapon early on if you wind one with an exciting brand.
