Breathe Steam

The Breathe Steam ability allows the player to create clouds of scalding steam. It can only be acquired through getting a pale draconian character to level 7.

Steam breath recharges rather quickly, and can damage nearly any monster (though its damage output is low). The only monsters immune to steam are steam dragons and pale draconians.
