Fire Breath is a monster-only spell which bellows out a gout of flame, dealing 3d(HD*2) fire damage to everything in its path (functioning almost exactly like Bolt of Fire). Barring fire resistance, this can be a serious threat.

h Hell hound (3d10 damage)
