Causes the water around or under the target to violently swirl, dealing damage. It can affect targets standing in or flying above water.

Waterstrike is a monster-only spell which deals heavy, smite-targeted physical damage which ignores EV. It can only be used on targets on a water tile (shallow or deep), though it can be used on flying targets.
