Useful Info
Haunted armours are monsters summoned by poltergeist's Cacophony ability. Actual HD equals to XL * 2 / 3 + 2 * armour_enhancement_level.[1]
Your haunted armour has a long XP-based recharge timer (about 3 times longer than a Draconian breath recharge) and generates continuous loud noise. The number of haunted armour units is equal to the number of Auxiliary Armour slots you have equipped. These allies can never stray more than 2 tiles from the player without being pulled back, and their attacks can daze, drain, and/or confuse their targets.
History
- Haunted armour was added in 0.33, along with Poltergeists.
