| Randomly translocates a targeted enemy a short distance. It cannot be resisted by willpower. |
Blink Other is a monster-only spell which forces the target to blink, ignoring the victim's willpower. If you are a Formicid or in Tree Form, you will negate the effect, but it is otherwise irresistible.
